About Liberty Evaluation
Why the name “Liberty Evaluation”? There are many different methods and theories of how a program evaluation should be conducted. These theories have names like “Deliberative Democratic Evaluation,” “Culturally-Responsive Evaluation,” “Utilization-focused Evaluation,” etc. I chose to title this website “Liberty Evaluation,” since I advocate for individual liberty in the field of program evaluation. [The name may have to change in the future to avoid confusing it with an insurance company].
Colin Braman is the administrator of this website and is the primary author of the short essays.
